Understanding and abiding by our house rules will allow you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone! Read all the rules carefully to avoid danger or deductions from your security deposit when you check out.

• Please treat our apartment with the same respect you would use for your own home. We put a lot of effort into making this accommodation a lovely space for our guests to enjoy.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness during your stay-it will be much easier at check-out!
• In case of accidental damage, we will look into the problem internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We wish you many laughs and fun times during your vacation! However, we would appreciate it if you would be careful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
• Please make sure you have read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can better explain and avoid any misunderstandings.
  

This property does not have private parking, but there are several paid parking lots in the area:

The closest parking on the blue lines is in front of the apartment. Paid only on event days at the Meazza Stadium or the San Siro Hippodrome, from h12 to h24 (1.20 euros per hour or 10 euros per day);

All parking spaces on the yellow lines are reserved for residents in the area.
